Learning and training part of VIPL is very good

Dislikes

Uncertainty of power plant operation. PPA was cancelled by Adani Power. Both companies went for litigation

Overall experience is the AVERAGE due to uncertainty. otherwise plant is very good and operating at best efficiency, low water consumption, lowest APC

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package.
