Work culture, strict 5 days 8 hrs daily mandatory work from office, poor management, micromanagement, no job security, favouritsm, no HR policies, whatever the super boss says that is only HR verbal policy, norule, no professionalism..Its like typical private school environment where principal's word is the law. Better stay away from this company.

Company needs to improve on giving opportunity to experienced person. Needs improvement on system of working that is need to inline with nodern technology in case of QC mainely. Mannual work needs to be reduced.

Company is very good, having amazing policies and quality directives. They believe in quality and patient safety first.

Ahmedabad site management is very poor, the leadership have conservative mindset, they feel job insecurity with their subordinate/second line staff.

Only name is MNC, work culture is poor compared to Indian company, 1- No 5 days 2- No compensation for extra duty hours, Even if doing extra duty then without snacks or tea have to extend. 3- It's similar to jail, if you have to take food then you required gate pass for gate pass also you required permission which is difficult task. 4- Mobile phone not allowed to employees again like jail. 5- Management is like Hitler they won't care about employees....Read More

Mylan and Vitris management is good. But middle management in quality (Site management) is not good , not even know how to speak with employees, always demoralizing the employees by saying such kind of hurting words ( leave the offce like that) other than this everything is good. I think for hardworking employees without reference means they have to face many challenges.

his is just for GIDC division. Work life balance is good, job security until you say your boss "No" for any thing. Less workload.

Dislikes
