I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Qc manager always listen only seniors and support to senior . If they know , senior is wrong. If junior or fresher have problem regarding to senior they did't react on seniors. Always talk like they support the senior and ever take a favor for senior
