No learning, training only for persons close to the top management.

Dislikes

Climbing up the ladder is only by working long hours not smart.. you are pushed to the limit with excess work and they come up with thoughts saying I expected more from you.. it's like they expect you to stay long hours or else your appraisal is a problem
