There is nothing that I particularly dislike. However, like any other place, there is room for improvement - 1. The organisation could benefit from a more lenient leave policy, especially Saturday offs. 2. More consistent initiatives toward work-life balance - Team outings, Game room, Gymnasium, etc; 3. Some procedures are still a little old school and could benefit from rapid modernisation.
