For freshers, they expect very high skills and no prior and proper training is provided.(If you end up with a good senior, they might train you but otherwise you're expected to learn most stuff on your own) 2. The 1st year of your job as a fresher you will only get increments in fixed slabs(1-2k, 3k if your manager feels generous) but are expected to work above and beyond that slab. 3. Only recently they have begun trying to implement project management and planning but has just devolved into a rabid blame game each and every meeting which ends up with the lower end employees getting the brunt of it all and told to "work day and night" to get things done 4. The management of the company is very self centred and often create lots of problems for simple requests. 5. The entire senior staff forces unhealthy work timing practices upon their juniors and new joiners. Like you must come to work at 9:30 but cannot leave at 6:30 as it is seen as a lazy mindset. 6.
