There are N numbers of things I found while working with velox so i can say this is a terrible company when i received offer from velox i had seen the company bad reviews even after that I thought everything company have it’s good and bad side so with this positive attitude I joined velox but later i have realised it was a worst decision ever only i know that how I survived 8 months over there please as a employee I’m saying please don’t join this company it’s very dangerous for your career they don’t have any policies and management just company owner is playing with every employee like a dictator this company don’t have office timings you can’t leave office on 6:30 if you dare they will mentally torture you by deducting your salary by holding your salary there are no weekoffs they will ask you to work on Saturday sunday if you’ll deny that they will deduct your salary and company MD will call you at anytime after office hours to scold on you just because he have bad mood just a moody person you’ll never gonna learn anything new here and this will destroy your career they have 3 month notice period that’s also without pay when you’ll put resignation they will hold your salary for 5 month for FNF to force everyone to stay in the company please don’t join this company i am not the only one who is saying this you can read other reviews as well everything is same as reviews please don’t join this company you’ll get may companies much much better than velox...Read More

1. A great exposure to development skills and opportunities to gain a very versatile skill set in terms of programming and development. 2. The colleagues and leads are very guiding and helpful. 3. Higher chances of promotion based on merit based performance (not proportional to salary) provided you have a good rapport with the management.

Dislikes

1. For freshers, they expect very high skills and no prior and proper training is provided.(If you end up with a good senior, they might train you but otherwise you're expected to learn most stuff on your own) 2. The 1st year of your job as a fresher you will only get increments in fixed slabs(1-2k, 3k if your manager feels generous) but are expected to work above and beyond that slab. 3. Only recently they have begun trying to implement project management and planning but has just devolved into a rabid blame game each and every meeting which ends up with the lower end employees getting the brunt of it all and told to "work day and night" to get things done 4. The management of the company is very self centred and often create lots of problems for simple requests. 5. The entire senior staff forces unhealthy work timing practices upon their juniors and new joiners. Like you must come to work at 9:30 but cannot leave at 6:30 as it is seen as a lazy mindset. 6.
