Here are some of the qualities observed in India Migration Team Managers: 1. Unclear expectations from employees 2. Dishonorable and unethical behavior (Dictatorship) 3. No appreciation/recognition, always look for errors. 4. Poor project management. Veeva started growing in India in the last few years. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
