I wanted to start my career as Technical recruiter, interview and 3 months of training went well. But on floor where we were discriminated and dumped in. Best IT requirements only goes to team nilesh jain, he is going to give his focus to 2 or 3 of his favourite candidates (Madhya Pradesh or jain as cast) only. They say they are working with direct client but it's nothing like it. They are working with implementation partners with low pay rates, and expectations are high as they want you to pull submissions. Deepesh the head is is always shouting at you, managers and high profile officials are always engaging with the new talents here (only females) as a female you will travel the space on rocket, males have to walk, currently all rockets are female only.
