Worst ever company, They treat you like slave and without any humanity. They will promise the timing as 10hr and weekend off. But they will make you work for 12 hours to 15 hours or even more and Will make you work even in weekends. The management and HR are puppets they will threaten you with the relieving documents and backgroundverification. No procedure at all they never follow any it standards and procedures. Ready to work 15 hours everyday including Saturday if you stay more than 2 months you'll be working Sunday as well. Hire and fire policy. HR manages the product not the product head or TL. Don't believe in Google reviews everything is fake, HR forced new joinee to give good reviews.

The only advantages of the company is that they won't do any tax deduction and only the basic TDS will be deducted

They will deduct PF from you account and will not give you only 3 months they will give you. They will call you at 00:00 AM and force you to come and make you wait till 03:00 AM in the morning and make sure that you are getting treated like a slave and insult you with all the foul words and get you depressed and force you to login at 09:00 AM in the morning. This company doesn't have any architect and only brain less HR team who actually act like bouncers and make sure you are not leaving the office early. according to them if you stay 15 Hrs a day you are working.
