There is no job satisfaction. Employees are afraid to even talk or raise anything or even to suggest anything. Huge opportunity to learn. Most of the work is product development work and you end up working directly with portfolio company’s senior leaders in US. The company has a very nice culture and you can speak to any of the senior member including the CEO of the company. We keep getting so many CTOs and CEOs visit from US and France. I am told that it has increased this year and it’s so cool to talk to them face to face. I was scared to join after seeing some negative comments but I then spoke to one friend of my friend who is working there for last 1.5 years who gave a very positive feedback. Rapidly growing organization. In last 5-6 months team has almost doubled. Unique Private Equity setup where we work directly with the Portfolio companies' tech teams, and get to work with CXOs very closely. Although it is a young org, because it is a subsidiary of a Private Equity company, there is stability, and growth.
For me personally, the dynamic environment is a challenge that I like and I thrive in, but fast pace and "mission driven" life is not for everyone. So if you're looking for a 9-5 with no growth, this may not be the place for you.
Work policy: Mon-Thu in Office, optional on most Fridays. If there are any trainings or seminars, Fridays are the best day to do these in the office!

The salary hikes are minimal, and the work environment is akin to a school, requiring permission for short breaks. The extreme micromanagement is stressful, and there are very few leaves. It has been a few months since I joined VeARC. I've already had a few great experiences. I have had opportunities to interact and work with the CEO & CTO, which has never happened in my career. This experience is very impactful, especially considering that I've just started my career. My job pushes me daily and allows me to improve my skill set.
The work can get a little hectic at times. However, I am fairly compensated for my work and I have been given multiple opportunities to grow my career.

There is nothing worth to write about this company.
1. Worst service-based company to work. Legacy technology and most portfolio companies are very small and have little revenue. 2. They offer high packages and a joining bonus so that you are tempted to join the company. After joining they will show you hell. If you leave the company before two years they will take back the joining bonus. 3. Leave policy is the worst. Leaves are credited on a pro-rata basis and one sick leave for every two months. 4. There is no management hierarchy and everything is one man only for this company. 5. Too much of favoritism and politics. 6. No work from home. All 5 days in the office though they promise one day to work from home before joining. 7. Very small rented office. Number of employees working on actual software projects are about 50 only. The rest another 100+ are admin, operations, and finance. 8. Project deadlines are unrealistic and prepare to work late nights and weekends if you join. 9. Seriously, this place is extremely harrowing. After working for many product companies like VMware, siemens etc and even in few service based companies. I can clearly declare Vearc is the most Toxic environment. Vearc is a hell. If govt wants to punish criminals rather than keeping in jail or death punishment they can put them in Vearc Vearc environment is that much worst it exceeds that of hell. I'm ashamed for joining Vearc and not joining a Better company. Or may be I must be ashamed for not being capable for moving to a better company than Vearc. the worst companies I have worked. The employee treatment is very bad. This is not a good place for IT employees. The mindset of leaders and management is totally different, They think like sales, operations or like bank managers, No technical mindset, not a technology company. U need to follow strict timings On top of that need to login when u go home and work on weekend and support the production. No complementary off. But they will praise u orally for supporting. No trust on employees. No additional benefit apart from salary. When fallen ill or during family emergency no support is provided, take leave or do loss of payment.
