Very bad experience..they didn't give experience certificate after resignation..no one bothers to call..Hr's are not concerned about employees at all.

It was a worst experience to work in VCENTRIC. There is no annual appraisal, no incentives even management never fights with client for their employees.

I was deputed at client side wipro TECHNOLOGIES in gurgaon . There is no support for VCENTRIC employee, no training , annual appraisal and bonus given to employee.
