90 % of the people don't get promotion after 5-6 years even though they have performed. Working culture is also becoming worse day by day, no HR policies for employee satisfaction or grievance handling.

The company (Goa location) is in bad condition. New plant head is no intrested at all. Always missing from the plant. His direct repotee Production manager has finished everything. This plant is capable of high NE and AIB score. But production manager is always looking to spoil everything. By his dirty trick he tries to disrupt glass line production. And tortures people under him. Always threatens other by taking RCTOs name. All the engineering department is shifted out as he hates anyone speaking to one lady. He can go to any extent to stop people from speaking to her. Such a shameless crip. He is deeply involved in spoiling people's career. It's heard that he has looted money of number of workers and others. He was smashed by many as he looted people's money. HR department is non functional. Someone even stole canteen coupons. This people sleep all the time. There is no discipline. The condition is of ' Aya Ram gaya ram'. HR team is not present only . Don't know how work from home is allowed only for deputy manager HR. She doesn't know H of human resource. She can only make salary and people upset by her very rude behaviour. She even shouts at her boss who always sleeps in office....Read More

Everything. Commercial department is controlled by one person from Bihar. Even the head is scared of him. He has looted the company. Arlem depot security is hand in gloves with him who generates fake bills. The security guard roams with four wheeler. Everyone in the plants and depots know it. During our night shifts we discuss things all are sad but nothing improves. We are paid very less but this people loot company. The is security contractor who is chalu lomdi. Very very very bad condition in Goa plant. No initiative from HR department. One new girl in HR department is little good. But others are no cooperative. The HOD and other person always come to office late and go on time. But if she sees us with bag even 5 mins before she and HR manager insults. Everyone knows what's going on as everyone things management won't act and instead punish the complainant. But I swear on God all the facts I mentioned are absolutely true. Dirty politics. Production HOD is big failure. Along with deputy manager quality he plays games. It is believed that they both played major role in sample failure. And audit failure so that plant head and quality head changes. Now they are troubling everyone. They trouble workers as well as management by spreading fake information. S he doesn't want any experienced person in quality department. Untill and unless this couple is not seperated, the environment is not going to change. Production HOD instigated plant heads and gives wrong info. Company should take proper feedback and review from all the people who left for last 2 to 3 years they will be exposed. There is one dangerous couple present in the plant, who play games spread rumours about others. Instigate workers, even instigated strike. The husband is liars factory. Behind ladies, troubling them. Ignores his own wife. It's said that he is relative of someone who saved him. They are under qualified but still reached to the positio n. People are tortured in quality department also engineering. My head, production manager most toxic fellow. He and his wife has spoilt career of many. They are very dirty and dangerous minded people. They can't see anyone growing and always involved in dirty politics. Instigate the contract workers to strike and then tell management to remove the workers. The plant head is was worst, used very dirty language and also beaten many employees. Goa plant production manager should go. When I was there they didn't teach me anything and then used to say that I don't know anything. During breakdown they used to sent us to store or any other department so that we don't see how they do the repair work. There is one operator he does everything and credit is taken by production manager. It's said he is diploma in welding. His Plus point is he belongs to one community only that community people grew in Goa because of one God father. Their ful family works or worked in Goa. The husband wife tried hard in sample failure so that quality head is removed from work. Audit also they tried alot to fail. There is lot to say<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. HR department never take action</mark>. It's said that one deputy manager hr does work from home and few years back her 15 days absenteeism was adjusted as present during maternity leave. But she doesn't allow even 1 hour late. She puts absent but she always came late for so many years at 10 am and leave 5 pm. Security is so weak. This everyone orders them they don't know what to do.
