Working at vartopia for me has been like a magical adventure since June 2021. Here we have an inspiring work environment, abundant growth and learning opportunities, epic fun friday’s, occasional parties and helpful executives colleagues.

Nothing as such , this is my career’s best organisation.

Office is good. Team Parties happen time to time.

Dislikes

The current workplace environment doesn't seem to prioritize employee well-being and growth. I'm concerned about the lack of job security and the potential for unpredictable employment changes. It also feels like there's a lack of clear structure and opportunities for advancement within the company.
