Its been a great experience working here. I got much more to learn in retail sector. I am more than happy to work with the organisation.

Dislikes

I found here that growth is quite low, might be possible only because of locality. I have to work for 12-13 continuously with no leaves at all. There is no OJT phase to move in the upper phase. These might be only because of my locality.

Its challenging, as I have to look after all the segments. As I am much more closer to the company, its a great working here.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
