There are few things I want to share about dislikes New managers recruited is even don't know how to talk with staffs, they are abusing a staff, doing shits thing in store they are taking anything personal, using power against staffs, talking loud with staffs, even customers says that how he became a manager he don't even know how to talk, staffs are also not doing complaint because they are feeding his family with this job, My request do some operation to clear this Misilnious things in the firm. Company is madura lifestyle. .yes as per my knowledge this was great experience worked with VANHEUSEN thr is two reason for the same. . .1.no brand can't do like these kind of brand training as compared to Vh. .2 all concentrate as training only for us future not for companies reuirement as training. ..Vh make Base first after that expected the same in company norms bt training. ...at end Vh having a image no retailers having the same in Indian retail. ....I m the one example for the same. ....Read More
