they gave appraisal in every 6 month but nothing to like about it as they dont bother to give salary for their employees.

there is a huge list of dislikes which I can mention up here: they dont believe in giving monthly salary they holds the salary every 3-4 months and then release for only 2 months or 3 months that still shows the hold for one month and folllowed by other months. the working culture is worst, they behave like some lala company full politics, no skill enhancement. they use one employee for all the work for all other departments but they are not ready to pay on time or a monthly salary. there is no proper login logout hours, if you login at 8-9-10-11 am doesnt matter you have to work till 11 or 11.30pm at night. there is no weekend for valuelabs employee there managers can anytime ask to work on reports for them. there are zero values and ethics in this company,,, I recommend everyone not to join this at any cost, they can bribe you with good package,,,but what is the use if you are not going to get this salary for many months. there is no work life balance, no mental peace, no salary on time. I couldn't find any reason to work in ValueLabs. No job security. No career growth. Poor work environment.Micro management from managers. Won't allow you to take leave. Pages of explanation needed. Low PF. Local organisation with poor ethics of people speaking in local language in office.Even in interview they speak in local language.
