Dislikes
1. The system is purely driven with management mood, most of them sitting at top chairs are not aware about their own process.
2. People working on WFH mode are restricted to only their managers and are not free to talk to their leaders for any escalations/concerns. If you do, even those leaders will treat you like nothing and you will get to work blindly or else will be move out to another team.
3. Lot of stress and pressure from management regarding any tiny work or any tiny escalation.
