A lot of things. There is no scope of learning the new technology as all their project is still using very old technology ie servlet in java and for the front end jsp. You will not have any exposure to any framework like spring , springboot or any new front end technology. A lot of politics inside the team. If you are Licking shoesof manager then only you will get any appraisel. From the day 1 they start KT and withing 3 days all the KT will be completed and from the 4th day you are expected to work on assigned JIRA and deliver the requirements in the same time line as their 5 years experienced person deliver. At the time of joining they will lure you with high salary and with other commitments but once you join , you are not going to get any appraisal for the next 2 years. If you ask any questions on that they will deny by simply saying you already have got the higher salary.
