Some projects are good as a fresher learning curve is great .

Dislikes

Their micro management they will send you mail if your productivity is lesss then 50% even though you have done all the task assignend to you they want you to stick to your screen for full 8 hours otherwise you need to justify why you haven't meet the productivity they will take screenshot of your screen in every 1 or 2 mins track the url you will visit.
