Working here has been a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others. here's a breakdown of the issues: 1. Leadership issues: The CEO is the root of the company's toxicity. A master of micro-managemnt, he has no regard for employees well being or boundaries. His erratic behavior reflects someone fascinated with every new idea, yet completely obvious to the challenges and perspective of his team. Employees are expected to work as if they own the company, slogging 13-14 hours a day for minimal pay, with zero regard for physical or mental health. And no, you wont hear a "thank you" or see any tangible appreciation - just criticism like, "We need diamonds, not gold". 2. HR Department If you are looking for support from HR, forget it. Their primary job is to hand out termination letters, often without notice or explanation. they ignore emails, dismiss genuine concern and act like enforses of the CEO's whims. Don't expect logic or fairness here-just a cold verdict. 3. Higher Management: The senior team is essentially a chorus for the CEO's tune blindly echoing his realistic demands without understanding technical feasibility. A recent hire (initials T and T and A, if you catch the drift ) epitomizes the toxic culture. One pushed subordinates to sacrifice their personal lives entirely, while the other priotizes 'chatugiri' over leadership, creating unbreakable work pressure. 4. Work Culture: This company doesn't believe in work life balance it thrives on pushing employees to the edge. Late nights till 3 am arent expected they are routine. if you think exceptional effort will earn you appreciation think again. all you will get is a pat on the back followed by more work - or a termination. 5. Toxicity To add the chaos, the CEO spouse, who lacks basic professionalism and knowledge controls operation and creates an even more hostile atmosphere. Frequently yelling in the office and micro-managing everyone including the CEO is commonplace. it is disturbing dynamic that drags the work culture further downhill. 6. Employee Turnover and Trauma All competent seniors have left and many others are either forced out or burned out. The remaining staff are managed inhumanly. Final Note: The company prides itself on having a "vision", but it built on a foundation of exploitation and mismanagement. if they want real progress they need to start listening to their employees- the ones actually doing the work, not the yes-men. When you leave this company it will be the happiest day of your life.
Will be asked to leave as project gets over. The CEO's wife is a control freak, controls her husband CEO and micro manages everything and everyone. Shouts in office, highly toxic. Doesn't know basic English, is illiterate about everything. CEO wants you to work for 13-14 hours a day. Sits and posts on Linkedin all the time thinks that is work. He is a disgrace to his institute. CEO doesnt behave well with female employees, does not know how to talk decently. Wife encourages this behavior. All good seniors have left also others are pushed to either quit or made to work by using unreasonable timings, even calendar is managed by CEO of seniors. There was one guy who was holding the whole company, but now as he has already left so now company has nothing for it's employees other then unrealistic expectations and termination letters, that comes unnoticed.
The list will become a long one if start mentioning everything. Mentioning the major ones- 1. The CEO is sadist. All that is mentioned in earlier reviews about him are true to it's core. He does micromanagement to the point you will start thinking, does he have no other work to do! He is like a child who gets fascinated with every new thing, not understanding the employee's POV. He asks people to work as if they are the owner of the company, working non-stop, draining you physically and mentally with the little salary they will provide. 2. The HR team, they are just fabulous. They won't hear anything you have to say, The only resource management they are doing is providing you your termination letter. They won't reply to the mails, won't understand the problems, the only thing they will do is announce their verdict without any logical explanation. "They will never response to you, but you must not do the same, even by mistake else, you know what's coming to your mail!" 3. Higher management, I don't know why they are there. They don't have any sense of understanding. They will just copy what the dreamer CEO says, to their team, without understanding any technical stuffs. They don't have any more of technical knowledge then a 1 year experienced employee. The company has recently hired few new management employees with name initials 'T', one expects everyone to be like him, having no life, no family time, nothing, and the other, licking the boots of the CEO to show that his capability, pressurizing his subordinate to inhumane work pressure on the pretext of getting fired if the work is not done. Working till 12 AM-1AM, sometimes till 3 AM in the morning should be a common thing for you, if you are to stay in this company. 4. They have no work-life balance. They will just provide you with work without any appreciation. Only thing that comes your way after doing something good is either a statement from the CEO-"you have done really good, you are gold. But we, we need diamonds", or, a termination letter without notice on your mail. 5. They have no work ethics, burdening one with work is common to them. The only thing for the employees in the office is a tea two times, and a biscuit packet of Rs. 15, that needs to be shared with 5-6 colleagues. BUILDING TEAM WORK.
