Honestly speaking , there is neither a single pros for this organisation . Let's go point to point for better understanding 1- They will appoint you on a post of Research Analyst but what you will do is just calls and calls just like a call center 2- No,appreciation of your hard work further points are covered in cons please go through it as they are the most important one. Cons 3 - All of a sudden they will throw you out in the middle of the month from the organisation / call center without giving you any information nither through mail,texts,calls nothing. suddenly you will woke up and see they have throughned you out. 4 - They don't even pay you the salary . They would just say it is on hold and after that you will just loose contact with them as they will not reply to your mails,calls or texts.
