Honestly speaking , there is neither a single pros for this organisation . Let's go point to point for better understanding 1- They will appoint you on a post of Research Analyst but what you will do is just calls and calls just like a call center 2- No,appreciation of your hard work further points are covered in cons please go through it as they are the most important one. Cons 3 - All of a sudden they will throw you out in the middle of the month from the organisation / call center without giving you any information nither through mail,texts,calls nothing. suddenly you will woke up and see they have throughned you out. 4 - They don't even pay you the salary . They would just say it is on hold and after that you will just loose contact with them as they will not reply to your mails,calls or texts. Low salary , they will provide you work even in Sunday which will ruin whole Sunday, including hr everyone work on same things same work for all positions, no new learning and growth opportunity

Nothing, from starting they are fraud. they will hire you for big packages, but they will give only 40% of that. From day 1, there will be no training, and you will be expected to work like other seniors. Leave policies are worst, only 1 leave in a month. and you can't carry forward it, means if you don't take the leave, then it will be lost in next month. Please don't join them.

No growth: there are literally 2-3 people who are actually "Seniors", rest are the same post. so no growth. they hire & fire freshers every now & then. every 2-3 days you will be threaten to leave the job if you don't complete their targets Unethical approaches: they will give double work on Saturday, so that you will work on Sundays too.
