Talking about job security once you selected Management never give up on you, management hires employees on perminant basis, so they cannot remove any employee until the employee walkout. Management is Very Strict at work and treat all employees equally.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
