There is good learning ability with different projects to be handled.

It is a HUF, hence the culture is very monotous and drives around one man named Mr. Dinesh Kaushik. There is no good policy for leaves. Mr. Kaushik is in the habit of converting his white money into black, hence he will try to put extra money in the employees account by showing the same as salary in the books of the HUF and then will tell the employees to withdraw the same and give it back to him. There is no policy for leaves or holidays. They disturb even during holidays or offs. Lot of politics is done by the second in line to Mr. Kaushik which is Mr. Balakrishnan Iyer.
