With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Environment and culture is not good. Teammates are supportive but management is not transparent. They give good salary.Company policies are good but politics has entered there.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

My service to the company as a Sr. Project manager was much appreciated in 1st. 3- years. I learnt so much also on the job. But last 2-years were very critical because of politics done by my senior person.
