Dislikes

There is a very bad working culture. There is a workers' union, which you cannot reduce by putting pressure, not even by management. In-charge having on the shop floor is gone mentally and physically harrassed. I have never seen such a worst work culture in the industry.

No support, infact they made me work 60 hours a week for 2 months straight and didn't gave OT saying I was absent for 2 day. Haven't got compensatory off also for overtime.

Dislikes

No payment for Overtime but they will ask you to work overtime. Very poor vehicle service provided by company. Salary increment system is very bad.
