It is the most degraded and abased place to work at. Starting from company' management to the colleagues. No on job training provided and disgraceful politics between management. My team Incharge has an affair with the site head, and that person terminates every competent candidate forcefully whoever is smarter or better than her. Very low salary hike and Infact the company doesn't even do very little than as promised during the interview discussion. No overall growth, you will only find people who are petty minded. There is no professional or personal growth. No training. No job security, instant terminate without reason or warning or any notice period. Company's sick politics. Lack of learning or opportunities. Only the ones who literally have affair with the site head are awarded. Zero work life balance.
