The company is good to work for verification and investigation. Gives multiple opportunity for personal as well as professional growth. I got promotion from Senior to Lead Associate with salary hike within few months of joining. Also like the employee retension and re-hire policy.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Also more working hours and only one week off. There is no on the job training for new joiner, hence senior folks like me to have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometime.

Company is good but management is not proper

Dislikes

They put their employee on PIP and told them to resign, FandF also not process from one year, employees resigned on 7 December 2018 not getting F&F till date.
