One of the worst company I worked. There is no consistent work. Anyone can assign any work. There is no pay structure. Just, based on appeasements the employees will get their salary hikes.

Just, based appeasements the employees will get their salary hikes. Career & Knowledge will be lost if someone works there. Life is out. A staff, Mr. H V Sriram, since his age of 23, worked for 20 years for the company, At his age of 43, he was thrown out of job citing "company cannot pay salary". He was a bachelor who lost his life in this company. No partner will think about the employees but they only think about their profit shares....Read More

The paid assistants in this job were good.

Dislikes

The boss is an arrogant person. This is the worst place to work for articles and ca finalists. The boss won't allow for classes and will be very bad when it comes about granting leaves. He also have fired a lot of people right before festive season to avoid paying bonus. Despite having paid leaves he won't allow you to use it.
