There is nothing to like about a useless college

Dislikes

They kept forcing for extra money, forced to work, didn't pay a salary for all 3 years. Gowda community college, full of racism, avoid taking admission here. Full of college politics and they harass North Indian people. All staffs are mannerless and inhuman... They don't have a canteen or cafeteria or even a water facility.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
