Not much of background work was done in getting the right site staff (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, slab polishers for hotels, painters, a.c. technicians) - HR did not create a proper data base of wanting candidates. They should have a store of such candidates and make them available for deployment at various sites, since this is basically an IFMS company.

Responsible for the entire operations of IFMS for all the 4 verticals of industry, IT & ITES sector, hotels and hospitality and residential sector through timely deployment of manpower for both hard services (technical) and soft services.
