Principal is not cooperative at all ,he do not remember the name of his teachers.Principal is just busy to do their own oriented work..

Dislikes

All the commitment and promises are fake by principal and management still they have my 1 lac Rs left to receive..Before joining ,principal give assurance that working culture of usa vidya inketan is very cool no body will pull your leg.. I was there for 3 years in these 2 to 3 old teachers gave me lot of trouble with principal.

School atmosphere is good.as they promise before joining ,they are not word of mouth.They don't have satisfaction they do not count our previous work experience.and behave with us like fresher ultimately consider as fresher.even i have work experience 6 years.

No job security timely our head remind about it...

no comments i am not satisfied here at all .Befire my joining they call me frequently and often.and now they are saying i am here in excess teacher.lame excuses they are giving.They are not prominant at all.after 23 days they are criticising me.

Friendly atmosphere with good guidance and ample opportunity, for people who honestly love teaching, to fulfill their passion for teaching and do good for the children of this small town. though situated in a tehsil place it is well equipped with all technological support for teachers to teach students using digital technology. The school students have all facilities for overall development including a swimming pool. The staff comes from different cultural backgrounds and so the atmosphere is very encouraging and people learn a lot from their colleagues....Read More

Nothing it is an institution which I have been a part of right from its beginning and seen it grow to a full fledged +2 level school.

Work Details

Generally speaking i take care of the complete day to day functioning of the school. the timetable the time to time examinations, the co curricular activities etc. I set up the schedules and various departmental heads carry out the work assigned to them.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
