As a fresher my colleagues were very helpful. They always gave me advice and helped me whenever I asked.

As I was a fresher and it was a night Shift job, my health took a toll on me. And you don’t holiday even on national holidays. The only holidays you get except for casual and sick leaves are Diwali and Xmas.

It failed to promote and keep the real head hunters who truely deserves appreciation for their hard work !! There is no support from the Manager side as the Manager would only rely on a Team lead , who is, in return , not doing anything apart from socialising and wasting time on many things and not taking the responsibility of a leader ..
