The best thing is the company culture. People are easy to approach and open to speak irrespective of any hierarchy or designation. Loved this aspect!

Dislikes

I feel their can be more scope of growth for the people working within the organization. I can't see much promotions happening so would love to see that incorporated. Instead of bringing leads from outside, the best candidates working internally for long can be groomed to hold such responsible positions.

Salary growth is minimal to nothing. This is biggest drawback. You can't think of working here for long term with low monetary growth.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. As it's my first week at uplers the onboarding team is pretty great as they made the long process comfortable for us and were pretty helpful, and the marketing team that i have joined was very welcoming and very inclusive in providing in depth details for the work and queries.
