I am still wondering what was good about that place except for my salary. There was nothing good for me. People lack passion, enthusiasm, and dedication here. I only learnt things I read from the Internet as a part of my research, so, that too was my own input.

Dislikes

This is my personal feedback. I always felt terrible due to a few people there. People are very impatient in every aspect that give birth to unnecessary conflicts. People take things very personally here. If you are passionate about your things, this place isn't for you. The best example I can give is the head of the marketing department or I don't know what designation that person holds, doesn't know English. He isn't the right person to check on your work. He is just a loader. Very manipulative. The work environment is not at all healthy....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
