I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The company is definitely very good over all as they are quite employee centric and has a very healthy environment. Supportive managers and peers until you are intentions towards the company is good. For someone who is not serious I would still say that the company will take care of you but only till a specific amount of time.

Obviously pathetic work life balance. Extended working hours. Unplanned meetings so long time till 12PM midnight. They plan such sale offers that u need to sit and work (like no other option) on weekends. HR's are not good at all. I donno why they call themselves as Human resource. They do their jobs and responsibilities exactly opposite to their title. Note: The review's mentioned for the company are most of them are fake.
