Company overall experience is good but I didn't work even for one month. So can't share much advice on this I only know what is told to us in 18 days vast training.

I was excited to join Richfeel but after joining the kind of sale pressure put by the manager's are not even worth. They do not have staff in all the area's of the clinic so the one who is joining will be filling all the gaps which is impossible for a newcomer with obvious reasons. Then they have the contract of one year, so I didn't wanted to sign it.

As a manager my responsibilities was a smooth operation of the clinic. Ensure Cleanliness & hygeine of the clinic & equipment's. Ensure daily & monthly targets are met. Ensure staff is happy and motivated on daily basis. Working closely with doctor's.

The company is well organized, work environment is good, training is good.

Dislikes

The work-life balance isn't great. No leaves even for emergencies. Salary appraisals aren't great, salaries weren't on time. Sales pressure is huge. The expectation is never ending for sales targets, even if 100% is achieved company doesn't appreciate, instead is upset that 120% wasn't achieved.

1 month training at Mumbai. Tea provided. I used to enjoy Lunch break where whole team used to have lunch together. Common week off for the whole clinic

Restriction on non veg.so many sop's to follow,so many MIS sheets to be updated on daily basis and has to sent to ho on daily basis. No proper work flow. Higher management will not allow you to work in your own way. Long working hours 9.5hours.weekends working. Salary deduction on late of 1 min also after 15 mins grace.
