As this company is situated only on Trivandrum , Kerala so for north ,east and west people , its hard for them to survive here. Company doesn't have any food facility and doesnot have any chill zone.

I am able to learn many things. Within 9 months of joining I learned two different technologies and got opportunity to work on it. Also my manager is very supportive and always open to discussion (all this may depend upon your department and project)

Employee's opinion does not matter. No growth unless you are from the local demography. Low paying compared to the industry. No Modern Technology licensed tools used for software development. Still in excel and PowerPoint mode for 80% of the work. Sycophants rule the organisation. Japan does not interfere to improve operation. Highest rate of attrition in IT industry does not even faze the management. This is not at all am employee friendly organisation.
