The only good thing about the company is that it pays better than its Indian pharma counterparts, and that is the only reason people end up working in the company until they realize the toxic culture.

Don't expect any job security here; you can join the company to ruin your career since the company already has a bad reputation in the market. Thanks to the top management and leadership team for creating a toxic environment in the company. The company doesn't have any vision in the long run, just keeps on launching new products without performing any market research (will launch products since the top management has asked them to do it). Gone are the days when people used to have a positive attitude and used to enjoy working here.
