Cashier is asked everyday for sales and TPP targets. Cashier cannot go on visits but is forced to go on field visits for sales. No skill & knowledge upgradation on banking operations. Unity bank is only good to become insurance agent.
Dislikes
Manager abuses all team by saying you are waste to the organization and should be shameful to be hired in organization. Abusive environment, toxic seniors and extreme mental torture for sales. Sign forgery for insurance selling. RM, RO, BOM, CSE get suicidal thoughts after con call and meets. HR says first sell insurance otherwise you dont have right to raise questions. Good FD rate of interest

Pressure gaven to the CSE FOR sales that was not good for operation employee to gave sales .we have to do operations and sale's that' not good I don't like that policy.
If we company gaven 20% sale's but incharge people asking everyday sales that' not good.
Digital banking is not working,
3rd party product is difficult to achieve due to customer flow is down and salary is less than other bank and organization's
