It's a small company, taking big jobs, so you get good exposure, and get to travel quite often.

Dislikes

You will find yourself stuck in office till late nights, trying to finish-off burdend tasks. little to negligible appreciation of work. No trainings given, and management will have high expectations. They over-promise clients.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
