Good work culture with respect and professionalism. No inequality in the organization with regard to cast, region, or gender orientation. Management concentrated on employees' productivity and work atmosphere, and do not give undue importance/indulge in personal and private affairs. Flexible timing was offered for marketing staff considering their travel requirements.

Dislikes

Being a small consultant organization there is limited potential for hiring qualified, experienced, and more competitive professionals due to budget constraints. This makes an overload to a few employees/managing partners.

Work Details

Looking after the business procurement, team and target management are really challenging even though sometimes the travel gets hectic. Additionally have to monitor the regional operation including the administrative tasks and authorizations
