I got jobs at the same time as a Bank PO in a public section bank and as Administrative Officer in United India Insurance Co. Ltd. After a lot of research finally I joined United India Insurance Co. Ltd as Administrative Officer 4 year back and now I got promoted to Asst. Manager also within the 4 years. The work atmosphere of the company is awesome, very good job satisfaction and it gives a lot of opportunities to learn and for career growth. Above all, there is no rural posting and hence need not to worry for children education and the office timing is also good; by 6 pm we can leave the office and 05 days week. The perk and allowances also good and other benefits like housing loan benefit at much lower rate, car loan benefit, children education loan, staff mediclaim, etc. offered by the company make the job more satisfactory. Hence, overall I would like to say that I am very much satisfied with the company and I feel that I had taken a very good decision by selecting this Public Sector Insurance Company as my career....Read More

It's Monday to Friday. No such time issue.. You can come at 11 and leave at 4 too. Maximum time they can hold you in office is 5.45. They're giving every kind of facilities.. Lease accommodation, every type of insurance related to you and your family, you get free foreign trips with your family, house loan is at 5%, they give you a car after 3 years, you can easily earn 1 lakh per month apart from the salary after your first promotion. After 4-5 years of work experience if you switch to private sector they're waiting to give you a very handsome package of 3 times your package at that moment...Read More

Missing ambitious people, work is sometimes boring.. Sometimes there's no work. Promotion is slow. You can ko t switch because its not private.
