It's Monday to Friday. No such time issue.. You can come at 11 and leave at 4 too. Maximum time they can hold you in office is 5.45. They're giving every kind of facilities.. Lease accommodation, every type of insurance related to you and your family, you get free foreign trips with your family, house loan is at 5%, they give you a car after 3 years, you can easily earn 1 lakh per month apart from the salary after your first promotion. After 4-5 years of work experience if you switch to private sector they're waiting to give you a very handsome package of 3 times your package at that moment

Missing ambitious people, work is sometimes boring.. Sometimes there's no work. Promotion is slow. You can ko t switch because its not private.

Am joined that company in a daily wages employee as an outsource , its a Central Government Company , so i well performed during the period , senior employees are well trained and i got better picture about the United Insurance Company . My duty was that registering accident claims , death claims , injury claims . The company belong to motor vehicle claims , and i worked with Third Part Insurance Claims. As you know about the Govt. company not give any benefits for an outsource employee . I have an better work experience through out the company ....Read More

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
