I am not a staff and I just worked there as an outsourcing. But really like to work there with that good atmosphere. Paticularly I have done marine policy undewrting.

4 years back I have joined to underwrite marine policies. Due to insufficient staff. As per the rule few years back they pass the G.O they are not suppose to have outsourcing so I can't conitue my work. And they won't give increment.
