Unique power solutions was an OEM of mahindra and mahindra Ltd. I love the fact that I was the part of a team who manufactured (silent genset) a quality product. As a result I got so much experience and learnt about dynamic work environment, accept challenges,full commitment about job responsibilities and participate in all activities time to time about quality control. Work Details

My work was stock maintaining (raw material and finished goods), prepared production data. maintain despatch records and work on DWM,5's, shelf life, kaizen etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
