First of all working environment is very satisfactory due to lift up mechanism. A fresher can learn basics in a short span of time due to friendly nature of seniors & clients. Job security is satisfactory & over all every aspects are outstanding with job security & good management.

I have already worked here as an executive engineer in mechanical construction work. Everything is just outstanding.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
