I feel cheated after joining.They give CTC 8 LPA but in hand 6.5. 1.5 is variable and its paid after year.After year i received 60k as variable.Totally cheated.

I got opportunity to learn lots and work individually in projects. Was handling client independently when i was only 4 months experienced. They forsee the skills and enhance ours.

Training was inadequate. I was able to cope up But for everyone that's not the case Company can invest to train employ.

- Good salary - Free lunch & snacks - Approachable colleagues - Lots of gifts & goodies provided on various occassions - Subscription to LinkedIn learning & others - Good HR department

- Terrible org structure, multiple overlapping roles, leading to lots of redundancies & layoffs - Multiple stakeholders to manage a single unit. They recently mentioned about streamlining the org structure, & for each department they came up with global and regional leaders, which made things even worse. Lol! - Very bad financial planning. Even though they have lots of funds, they don't know what to prioritise, and how to best use them - After having been 15 years in the industry, still struggling to build a product that can compete in the market - No clarity of roles - Poor clientele - They have recently closed down all Asia operations, except India, so not many projects - With regards to work, no satisfaction - Have worked with several MNCs, early and mid sized startups, never seen an org this messed up - Hopefully, never have to go back there...Read More
