Unikraft is the best organization to start with career. I like most about Unikraft is young and vibrant working environment, work freedom, welcoming new ideas etc. Etc also have very good supportive staff, work ethics and and all supportive staff.

Work Details

The job is interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same organization.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
